As a Security Officer Driver Dispatch Console in Carmel, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. In this driving post, you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, help to deter security-related incidents, and support access procedures while delivering outstanding customer service. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Have 5 years of industrial security-related experience or 2 years of military, law enforcement, EMT, or fire department service.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a utilities location.
Monitor dispatch communications, receive incoming calls and/or alarms, and coordinate the routing of personnel and resources based on site needs and incident priority.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and sharing timely updates with supervisors, site contacts, and/or emergency responders.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, noting unusual activity, access issues, and/or conditions that could require follow-up.
Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and dispatch records to help support security-related operations, compliance expectations, and continuity of service.
