Requirements

  • Have 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.
  • Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
  • Be 21+ years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a financial institution location.
  • Monitor dispatch communications, receive and document calls for service, and coordinate the timely routing of security-related personnel to incidents, alarms, and/or assistance requests.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining clear communication with site contacts, emergency services, and/or Allied Universal personnel as needed.
  • Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, and activity records, helping to support situational awareness and continuity of operations.
  • Conduct regular and random patrol coordination for the business and perimeter, helping to support coverage needs as working environments and conditions vary by location.
