As a Security Officer - Dispatch Driver in Chandler, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch Officer at a leading aero and defense location, where you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, and support timely responses to security-related concerns. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license in the job state. Requirements

  • Security-related experience of 2+ years is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • Be 21+ years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR/First Aid is preferred.
  • A guard card/license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
  • Monitor dispatch communications, receive and document calls for service, and coordinate the timely relay of information to security-related personnel, site contacts, and/or emergency responders as needed.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining accurate logs, incident details, and status updates for security-related operations.
  • Conduct regular and random patrol coordination around the business and perimeter, track officer activity, and help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity through consistent communication and reporting.
