About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Security Officer Dispatch Driver Communications professional in Lancaster, Texas, to serve and safeguard clients at a technology, media, and telecommunications location. The role coordinates communications, monitors activity, supports timely responses to security-related needs, provides customer service, and maintains clear documentation. It is a driving position requiring a valid driver’s license. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements; required for driving positions.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles, or 21 years or older for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific security procedures and access protocols and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor and coordinate dispatch communications, receive calls, document requests, and relay information to appropriate personnel or response teams.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident records, visitor information, and other required reports in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, escalating concerns through established communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and the perimeter, reporting unusual conditions, equipment concerns, and policy violations.
