Requirements

  • At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
  • Proof of high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and/or emergency response support for a technology-focused location.
  • Monitor communications, receive and relay routine and urgent calls, and coordinate the appropriate response to incidents, alarms, and other security-related concerns.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining clear documentation and timely updates for onsite personnel and leadership.
  • Support access control and visitor activity by communicating with site contacts, verifying information, and helping to route requests according to established post orders and client guidelines.
  • Conduct regular and random patrol coordination around the business and perimeter as needed, while tracking officer activity and reporting changing conditions across the location.
