As a Security Officer Dispatch in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Requirements

  • Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • A guard card/license is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by handling incoming calls, radio traffic, and service requests while following site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
  • Dispatch appropriate personnel to routine and urgent incidents, helping to coordinate communication and response activities in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Monitor communication systems, alarms, and/or video feeds as assigned, and document security-related events, incidents, and status updates in required logs and reports.
  • Support emergency response activities by relaying critical information to on-site staff, supervisors, and/or public agency contacts according to location protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrol support functions as assigned, which may include tracking officer activity, maintaining post coverage information, and communicating perimeter and location concerns.
