Requirements

Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
A guard card/license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by handling incoming calls, radio traffic, and service requests while following site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
Dispatch appropriate personnel to routine and urgent incidents, helping to coordinate communication and response activities in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Monitor communication systems, alarms, and/or video feeds as assigned, and document security-related events, incidents, and status updates in required logs and reports.
Support emergency response activities by relaying critical information to on-site staff, supervisors, and/or public agency contacts according to location protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrol support functions as assigned, which may include tracking officer activity, maintaining post coverage information, and communicating perimeter and location concerns.
