Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
  • CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
  • Monitor dispatch communications, alarm activity, cameras, and incoming calls to support timely coordination of security-related responses and routine service requests.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating updates to site contacts and/or responding personnel.
  • Coordinate the movement of personnel to priority locations, assist with incident triage, and help to deter disruptions by maintaining awareness of site activity and reporting concerns promptly.
  • Conduct regular and random patrol support functions through dispatch oversight of the business and perimeter, while maintaining accurate logs, reports, and other site-specific records.
