Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
Monitor dispatch communications, alarm activity, cameras, and incoming calls to support timely coordination of security-related responses and routine service requests.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating updates to site contacts and/or responding personnel.
Coordinate the movement of personnel to priority locations, assist with incident triage, and help to deter disruptions by maintaining awareness of site activity and reporting concerns promptly.
Conduct regular and random patrol support functions through dispatch oversight of the business and perimeter, while maintaining accurate logs, reports, and other site-specific records.
