As a Security Officer Dispatch Coordinator in Arlington, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Requirements

  • Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
  • A guard card and/or license is preferred.
  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and/or other communication systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and relay information to the appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Coordinate routine and urgent dispatch requests across the location, helping to support timely responses to incidents, maintenance issues, medical events, and/or other security-related concerns.
  • Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, including times, locations, actions taken, and follow-up details in accordance with site policies.
  • Conduct regular and random patrol support through remote monitoring and communication with on-site personnel around the business and perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.
