About The Position

The Dispatch Security Officer role involves maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring premises and patrolling various locations. Responsibilities include observing and reporting activities and incidents, ensuring the security and safety of client property and personnel, and enforcing regulations and directives. The officer will also provide customer service and information to client employees and customers. The company offers training for individuals without prior experience, particularly those from retail, food service, or hospitality backgrounds, providing a great introduction to a career in the security industry. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Requirements

Strong customer service skills
Must be professional
Comfortable and efficient using computers and technology
Must pass a drug screen and background check
Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in dispatch and security
Background in retail, food service or hospitality industry
