Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

  • CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.
  • Monitor radios, phones, alarms, and/or other communication systems, and dispatch personnel to incidents, service calls, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Document calls for service, incident details, visitor or vendor activity, and/or other security-related information in logs, reports, and dispatch systems.
  • Communicate with on-site personnel, management, and/or external responders to relay updates, prioritize requests, and help support timely security-related responses.
  • Conduct regular reviews of cameras, access activity, and/or status checks as directed, and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, or policy issues to the appropriate contact.
