Requirements

  • Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
  • A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or emergency response activities within a commercial real estate location.
  • Monitor dispatch communications, receive calls for service, and route information to on-site personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner during routine operations and critical situations.
  • Document incidents, maintenance concerns, and security-related activity reports with clear and timely updates for supervisors, property management, and/or responding personnel.
  • Support coordination of building access issues, alarm notifications, after-hours requests, and elevator or loading dock activity in accordance with post orders and location procedures.
  • Assist with monitoring cameras, radios, and other communication systems to help identify unusual activity and help direct appropriate response resources as needed.
