Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor dispatch communications, receive calls for service, and coordinate the assignment of security-related personnel to routine incidents, priority situations, and building-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating updates to site leadership and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Use radios, phones, and computer-based systems to track activity, maintain incident logs, and relay information regarding alarms, access issues, and after-hours requests.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location and assignment needs.
