About The Position

As a Security Officer Credential Review in Perris, California, you will serve and safeguard clients in logistics and distribution settings. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials and delivery documentation, manage visitor access, and maintain a visible security presence. The role supports a welcoming and secure environment through attentive customer service, clear communication, and teamwork. The position is full-time and pays $21.86 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or at least 21 years old for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation, subject to applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state and local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
Have a valid driver's license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
Monitor access points, verify credentials and delivery documentation, and control entry and exit for authorized personnel, vehicles, and visitors.
Maintain accurate access-control logs, issue and recover visitor credentials as directed, and report unauthorized access attempts or irregular activity to site leadership.
Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, following site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel when needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
