About The Position

As a Security Officer Armed Patrol in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, you will safeguard clients at a manufacturing and industrial location. You will conduct routine armed patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. The role calls for sound judgment, professional communication, integrity, and teamwork. This is a full-time position paying $16.00 per hour, with weekly pay. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Meet applicable state and/or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, following site-specific escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of production areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
Prepare clear and accurate reports about incidents, observations, patrols, and security-related activities.
