About The Position

As a Security Officer Incident Response in Wilmington, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a manufacturing and industrial environment. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide customer service and communication. You will support site operations through teamwork, integrity, and a caring, people-first approach. This is a full-time position paying $17.75 per hour, scheduled Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Requirements

Possess 2 or more years of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or 21 or older for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state and local licensing requirements; a license may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and conducting emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, following established site procedures and reporting requirements.
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter; document observations and unusual conditions.
Monitor access by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor records, and reporting unauthorized access concerns.
Assist with access control, alarm response, and other security-related duties to deter unauthorized activity and support orderly operations.
