About The Position

As a Security Officer Access Driver in Camilla, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, conduct routine patrols, and provide professional customer service and communication. This is a driving post. In this role, you will help support a secure environment through reliable, people-first service, teamwork, and integrity while responding to security-related concerns with agility and innovation.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery drivers by following site-specific access control procedures, verifying credentials, and documenting entry and exit activity at a food and beverage location.
  • Monitor entrances, gates, and restricted areas to help control access, screen authorized personnel and/or visitors, and report unusual activity in accordance with Allied Universal and site protocols.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting emergency response activities and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues for reporting.
