About The Position

Under general supervision, the Security Officer promotes and maintains a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, team members, and the facility. The role provides general security in the community’s buildings and surrounding areas according to established standards and within assigned areas of responsibility. The officer may also respond to general maintenance work orders during the shift.

This part-time position is scheduled Saturday and Sunday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. The pay range is $23 to $25 per hour, depending on experience. The posting also lists shift differentials: $2 per hour for the 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. shift and a $3 differential for the 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. shift, plus a $3 weekend shift differential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior security guard experience is preferred.
• Guard card is preferred.
