About The Position

As a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location in Muscatine, Iowa, you will serve and safeguard clients while supporting a caring, team-oriented workplace. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and report observations. The role includes providing customer service and clear communication while carrying out site-specific security procedures and policies. The scheduled shifts are Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The pay rate is $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation, subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements prior to employment.
Have a valid driver's license if the position involves driving.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out site-specific security procedures and policies.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, following established emergency response protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, production areas, parking areas, access points, loading docks, and perimeter.
Monitor access, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and report suspicious activity, hazards, or policy violations to appropriate site contacts.
Complete activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with company and site requirements.
