About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Guard, also described as a Security Ambassador – Surveillance. The role involves observing security-monitoring screens and identifying potential threats before they escalate in settings such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. The position is located in Kansas City, Missouri, with multiple full-time openings across first, second, and third shifts. Pay is $23.00 per hour. A background check and drug screening are required after an offer of employment.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Successfully pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
