About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed patrol driver to support a retail location in Racine, Wisconsin. The role involves routine patrols, maintaining a visible security presence, assisting visitors and employees, and communicating with site personnel. The position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal’s driver policy and at least one year of driving history. The scheduled shifts are Thursday through Sunday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The pay rate is $18.00 per hour. Candidates must meet the role’s age and education requirements and are subject to background and drug screening, as permitted by law. State or local licensing may be required.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
At least one year of driving history.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Subject to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Subject to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements imposed by applicable state or local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and retail personnel while following site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random patrols of retail common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify and report security-related concerns.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
Document incidents, observations, and completed patrols according to site procedures and Allied Universal requirements.
