About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Phoenix, Arizona. The role serves and safeguards clients across assigned locations by conducting routine vehicle patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and responding professionally to concerns. The position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with company policy and a commitment to customer service, clear communication, integrity, and teamwork. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

The schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The pay rate is $19.00 per hour. Employment is conditional on a background investigation and a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements; required for driving positions.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required before employment, subject to state and local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random vehicle patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents.
