About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Security Guard Patrol Observation in Saint Charles, Missouri, serving clients at a technology, media, and telecommunications location. The role involves visible security patrols, access monitoring, incident response, reporting, and customer service. The position is scheduled for daytime shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday. The pay rate is $18.19 per hour.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state and/or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by following site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to identify unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns.
Monitor access control points, visitor activity, and authorized entry procedures; document observations and report security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel as needed.
Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation while maintaining a professional presence.
