About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Guard in Sturtevant, Wisconsin. The role involves monitoring security systems and screens to identify suspicious activity and potential threats, documenting events and incidents, responding to incidents, and helping protect people and property. Guards also conduct patrols, control access to secure areas, verify visitor identities, assess security systems for vulnerabilities or malfunctions, and work with law enforcement during serious situations or emergencies.

There are four full-time schedule options: Sunday through Thursday, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.; Monday and Thursday through Saturday, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.; Friday and Saturday, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Tuesday and Wednesday, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.; or Sunday through Wednesday, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. The hourly wage is $18.85. Uniforms are provided at no cost. A $250 gross new-hire incentive is available to eligible new hires who have an active Wisconsin security license verified through DSPS; it is payable after 180 days of employment in good standing, subject to taxes and withholdings and additional eligibility requirements.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
