About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Security Guard Unarmed Patrol Driver with an active Department of Defense Secret clearance to support an aerospace and defense location in Clearfield, Utah. The role involves conducting unarmed patrols, maintaining a visible security presence, responding to concerns, and providing customer service and communication in a mission-focused environment. The scheduled shifts are Thursday through Sunday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The pay rate is $24.18 per hour.

Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience.
Active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
Valid driver’s license, in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while following site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas; identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and employee credentials under site-specific access-control procedures.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, following established escalation and notification protocols.
Prepare accurate reports, logs, and shift documentation concerning incidents, patrols, access activity, and other security observations.
