About The Position
Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Patrol Unarmed Officer to serve and safeguard clients at a dynamic logistics location in Johnstown, Ohio. The officer will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, conduct routine rounds, report security-related concerns, assist visitors and employees, and provide exceptional customer service. Work is scheduled Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The pay rate is $20.60 per hour.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment.
- Undergo a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
- Meet applicable state and/or local licensing requirements; licensing may be required before employment.
Responsibilities
- Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies while providing customer service to clients.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
- Report security-related concerns.
- Assist visitors and employees.
- Carry out emergency response activities when appropriate.
