About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Security Guard Unarmed Patrol Routine Inspection in Hainesport, New Jersey. The officer will monitor and patrol a logistics location, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. The role also involves providing customer service, communicating professionally with employees and visitors, and supporting daily operations through teamwork and integrity. The schedule is Monday through Thursday and Sunday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The pay rate is $18.50 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of facility grounds, access points, parking areas, loading docks, trailer yards, and perimeter areas to identify unusual activity or conditions.
Monitor access to the location, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and document visitor, vehicle, and delivery activity.
Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
