About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer to support a technology, media, and telecommunications location in Jeffersonville, Indiana. The role involves conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible security presence, and providing customer service and clear communication to help create a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and guests. The schedule is Friday and Saturday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The pay rate is $17.63 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
State or local licensing may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors while following site procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts or emergency responders as directed.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business, perimeter, parking areas, and other assigned locations.
Monitor access points, visitor activity, and delivery traffic according to site policies; assist with badge verification and directing individuals.
Complete activity reports, incident reports, and daily logs accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
