About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time unarmed Security Guard in Claude, Texas, serving a food and beverage location. The role safeguards clients and supports a welcoming environment for employees and visitors through visible security presence, patrols, customer service, clear communication, and reporting observations. The position is scheduled Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM and pays $21.00 per hour, with weekly pay.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following established escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter.
Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization as required, and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications according to site-specific requirements.
