About The Position

Security personnel serve residential properties, commercial locations, non-profit organizations, government agencies, and upscale retail. The Security Guard provides security and customer service for a community, working mornings, afternoons, and weekdays.

Requirements

• Valid security guard license.
• Must have own vehicle.
• Must be in Nassau or Suffolk County.
• At least 2 years of security experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming and outgoing tenants.
• Monitor CCTV of the building and its surroundings.
• Ensure guests and vendors follow proper access control guidelines.
• Provide incident reports and other reports to building management and Security USA.
• Secure the premises and provide security assistance when necessary.
• Patrol shared community areas in the building.
