About The Position

Security USA, Inc. is seeking a Gate House Security Guard to provide security and customer service for a community. The role involves greeting tenants, monitoring building and surrounding-area CCTV, enforcing access control procedures for guests and vendors, preparing reports, securing the premises, and patrolling shared areas. The available schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Valid security guard license.
• Own a vehicle.
• Live in Nassau or Suffolk County.

• Gatehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming and outgoing tenants.
• Monitor CCTV of the building and its surroundings.
• Ensure guests and vendors follow access control guidelines.
• Provide incident reports and other reports to building management and Security USA.
• Secure the premises and provide security assistance when necessary.
• Patrol shared areas in the building.
