About The Position

Security USA, Inc. is a growing security company providing personnel for residential properties, commercial locations, non-profit organizations, government agencies, and upscale retail in New Jersey, New York, and Florida. The Gate House Security Guard provides security and customer service for a community, working the available Saturday and Sunday shift from 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Requirements

• Valid security guard license.
• Must have own vehicle.
• Must live in Nassau or Suffolk County.

Nice To Haves

• Gatehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming and outgoing tenants.
• Monitor CCTV of the building and its surroundings.
• Ensure guests and vendors follow proper access control guidelines.
• Provide incident reports and other reports to building management and Security USA.
• Secure the premises and provide security assistance when necessary.
• Patrol shared community areas in the building.
