About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a temporary Concierge Security Officer for a bank site in Sherman Oaks, California. The role involves surveillance and security work, including monitoring screens and security systems to identify suspicious activity, documenting incidents, responding to potential threats, and helping protect people and property. The schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The hourly wage is $20.85. A uniform is provided at no cost.

Requirements

• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Hold a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and have completed the additional 32 hours of BSIS security training; additional training may be obtained during the hiring process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have good eyesight and excellent ability to maintain focus.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
