About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Guard for driver patrol. The role serves and safeguards clients across industries including commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government. The position pays $22.58 per hour and requires a valid driver’s license that meets Allied Universal’s driver policy requirements (C123).

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
• For this driving position, possess a valid driver’s license meeting Allied Universal’s driver policy requirements (C123).
• Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, consistent with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, using problem-solving skills.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
