About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time, unarmed Security Guard to patrol a retail location in Clarksville, Indiana. The role includes routine foot and vehicle patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents, and providing customer service and communication. The driving post requires a valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located. The schedule is Thursday and Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM. Pay is $16.63 per hour.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located is required for this driving position.
Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, associates, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations, escalating matters according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, perimeter, and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas; observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Accurately document patrols, incidents, and daily activities, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
