About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer for a technology, media, and telecommunications location in Conway, Arkansas. The role involves monitoring assigned areas, conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, supporting access control, communicating professionally with employees and visitors, and providing customer service. This is a driving position and requires a valid driver’s license. The schedule is Tuesday and Saturday from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM. The pay rate is $16.00 per hour, with weekly pay.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located is required.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations, escalating to site contacts or emergency services as needed.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials according to site procedures, and maintain accurate security logs and incident reports.
Report maintenance issues, hazards, suspicious activity, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Maintain a professional presence in a dynamic business environment.
