About The Position

As a part-time, unarmed Security Guard Patrol Driver in Columbus, Ohio, you will monitor and patrol a hospitality location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents and support a welcoming environment for guests, visitors, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. The role offers access to a shift-claiming platform and opportunities to pick up additional shifts. The schedule is Tuesday and Wednesday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The pay rate is $17.00 per hour. Employment is contingent on applicable background and drug screening. Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license, required for driving positions and in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following established site procedures and reporting requirements.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter.
