About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Guard Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol for an assigned site in Redlands, California. The position provides a fixed weekly shift at a designated site, with a six-month commitment, and the option to claim additional shifts through the company scheduling platform. Additional hours may be worked across multiple sites, with the opportunity to build toward a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week. The pay rate is $19.73 per hour.

The role provides customer service while carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities at a distribution or industrial location. Duties include unarmed patrols, access monitoring, documentation, and responding to incidents and other security concerns. The posted schedule is Saturday, 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation, in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet applicable licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a distribution or industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility, warehouse, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to identify unusual conditions and support security operations.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations professionally and calmly, following site-specific escalation procedures.
• Report hazards, property damage, policy concerns, and suspicious activity to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
