About The Position

Seeking up to 10 Security Guard Officers in Murphy. Morning, afternoon, and graveyard shifts are available. Security officers protect premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points, and permitting entry. They sound alarms to obtain help, report irregularities, inform violators of policies and procedures, restrain trespassers, identify risks, and notify appropriate management or 911/Police. Officers record observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities in reports and maintain a written log of daily activities for each shift.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum age required by the state.
Have a valid Guard Card.
Have strong English communication abilities, both written and oral.
Be responsible, flexible, and dependable.
Have access to reliable transportation.
Present a positive and confident professional image.
Successfully complete all training required for the position.
Be able to interact cordially and communicate with the public.
Be drug free.

Responsibilities
