About The Position

The Security Emergency Services Assistant Supervisor oversees the safety and security of the Ann’s Choice community by enforcing regulations, managing incident reports, and providing leadership, training, and support to the team. The role includes regular property patrols, gatehouse staffing, and responding to emergency and routine calls for service. The assistant supervisor supports safe, smooth operations and helps reinforce safety practices among employees.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in public safety supervisory work (Fire/EMS/Law Enforcement) or comparable supervisory experience.
Current and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Perform regular patrols of the property, staff the gatehouse, and respond to emergency and routine calls for service.
Enforce parking and traffic regulations.
Ensure completion of daily shift reports and incident reports concerning medical responses, theft, accidents, fires, serious mechanical malfunctions, emergency responses, and violations of rules and regulations.
Screen visitors, vendors, and others at the gatehouse.
Assist in training, coaching, and counseling employees.
Provide daily leadership, supervision, motivation, and communication to direct and indirect reports.
Monitor the team throughout the day and reinforce safety practices.
