The role supports facility security and customer service by welcoming employees and visitors, monitoring security systems, dispatching patrol officers, answering phones, responding to incidents, and maintaining accurate logs. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to obtain an Ohio guard card.
• Ability to obtain a TWIC Card.
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in security dispatching is preferred.
• NRC Certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist employees and visitors in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Ensure visitors and vendors are signed in before accessing the building.
• Identify employees and visitors upon arrival.
• Monitor CCTV camera systems within the facility.
• Dispatch Patrol Officers to locations.
• Answer regular and emergency phones.
• Monitor alarm panels.
• Respond to incidents, including property emergencies.
• Maintain clear, accurate logs concerning people or property, including packages.
• Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty.
• Perform other duties as needed.
