Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of security management, military service, or law enforcement experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Proficient in intermediate computer use and report writing.

Nice To Haves

• Experience onboarding and training new hires a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and Site Supervisors, ensuring all duties are performed in accordance with post orders and company policies.
• Train new staff members and review post procedures.
• Assist with coordinating shift coverage.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives, addressing concerns and ensuring service excellence.
• Respond to emergencies, conduct investigations, and file detailed reports.
• Coach, discipline, and evaluate staff performance; document actions and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular site inspections and patrols to ensure safety and compliance.
