About The Position

The Securities & Public Advisory department is seeking a 3-6th year bankruptcy/restructuring associate with experience at a major law firm. Our ideal candidate will have experience in large restructurings, in and out of bankruptcy, representing creditors, especially secured creditors, in both the transactional and litigation aspects of restructuring.

Requirements

• 3-6th year bankruptcy/restructuring associate with experience at a major law firm.
• Experience in large restructurings, in and out of bankruptcy.
• Experience representing creditors, especially secured creditors, in both the transactional and litigation aspects of restructuring.
• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Member of the Bar in the United States.
