The Capital Markets department is seeking a junior to mid-level attorney to support our commercial mortgage securitization practice. Familiarity with commercial real estate is preferred but not necessary. This attorney will be interacting with clients and responsible for drafting and reviewing disclosure in offering materials. Candidates for lawyer opportunities in the U.S. must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be a member of the Bar in the United States.
