About The Position

Work in a collaborative environment in the Capital Markets arena and assist with client service, daily operations, administrative duties, and special projects. The role supports Client Advisory teams in communicating and implementing client investment strategies, operates within the Capital Markets Group according to firm processes and procedures, and provides information to custodians, accountants, banks, investment managers, and other professionals supporting clients.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and client service skills.
Detail-oriented, with an understanding of time-sensitive issues.
Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
Comfortable speaking with industry professionals about money movements, account openings, trades within accounts, and basic daily operations.
Positive attitude and initiative, with the ability to prioritize tasks amid competing demands.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

0–2 years’ experience preferred.
Basic understanding of investments, including mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and alternatives.
