About The Position

The Securities & Public Advisory team is seeking associates with 2-6+ years of substantial experience in either private securities offerings and/or securitization OR general bank lending (including syndicated lending), asset-backed lending and/or structured lending. CLO, ABS and /or CMBS experience is also a plus, but not required. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and solid law firm work experience. Requirements

2-6+ years of substantial experience in either private securities offerings and/or securitization OR general bank lending (including syndicated lending), asset-backed lending and/or structured lending.
Excellent academic credentials
Solid law firm work experience
A law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Member of the Bar in the United States

Nice To Haves

CLO, ABS and /or CMBS experience

Responsibilities
