Requirements

2–5 years of experience in land use, zoning, real estate development, or related regulatory matters
Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills as well as exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritize a diverse workload.
Candidates must be admitted to the Colorado Bar or eligible for prompt admission.

Nice To Haves

Experience drafting land use applications, development agreements, zoning analyses, and related materials is preferred.
Familiarity with Colorado land use laws and local regulatory frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

Work with clients from a variety of industries across the country including energy, aerospace, mining, hospitality and outdoor recreation.
Experience with entitlement and permitting processes, including interaction with municipal and governmental authorities.
Drafting land use applications, development agreements, zoning analyses, and related materials.
Assist the client in meeting federal, state and local environmental mandates for assessment and in obtaining environmental permits that support land use approvals.
