About The Position

The Real Estate Finance department is seeking a commercial real estate finance associate with 2 or more years of experience representing commercial and investment banks, insurance companies, debt funds and/or other regulated and non-regulated lenders in the financing of commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have experience conducting title, survey, lease and other commercial property diligence and working on the origination of loans secured by commercial properties. Exposure to mezzanine loans and commercial mortgage loan securitization and syndication is a plus. Candidates should expect a varied practice and anticipate that all or a portion of their time may be related to real estate owner/operator, developer and equity side work, including leasing.

Requirements

2 or more years of experience representing commercial and investment banks, insurance companies, debt funds and/or other regulated and non-regulated lenders in the financing of commercial properties.
Experience conducting title, survey, lease and other commercial property diligence.
Experience working on the origination of loans secured by commercial properties.
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
Member of the Bar in the United States.
