About The Position
The Fund Finance department is seeking associates with 3-6+ years of relevant experience. Qualified candidates will have experience in syndicated lending, commercial lending, leverage finance, fund formation, CLOs, asset-based lending, NAV financings, or acquisition financings. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials and solid law firm legal experience. Selected candidates will get extensive interaction with preeminent bank, asset manager and lending clients.
Requirements
- 3-6+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in syndicated lending, commercial lending, leverage finance, fund formation, CLOs, asset-based lending, NAV financings, or acquisition financings
- Excellent academic credentials
- Solid law firm legal experience
- Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Member of the Bar in the United States
