About The Position
Sidley Austin LLP’s Chicago office is seeking an associate to join its Global Finance Group. The associate will work in a rapidly growing, market-leading practice representing financial institutions, alternative lenders, and other investment vehicles on a diverse range of fund finance products and derivatives transactions across various asset classes. Successful candidates will manage client relationships effectively, move transactions forward independently, and contribute to the strategic growth of the practice.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with NAV financings, subscription financings, asset-backed financings, or other relevant experience, including secured lending and/or derivatives.
- Must be admitted or eligible for admission to the Illinois bar.
- Ability to manage client relationships effectively and move transactions forward independently.
