About The Position

The Securities & Public Company Advisory department is seeking a mid-level to senior associate with a minimum of 3 years of substantial experience in securitization, structured finance, structured products, corporate and/or real estate. CLO, CMBS, Repo and other ABL finance experience is also a plus, but not required. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and solid law firm work experience. Requirements

Candidates for lawyer opportunities in the U.S. must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be a member of the Bar in the United States.
